It operates as the state affiliate of the All India Carrom Federation (AICF), which, in turn, is a part of the International Carrom Federation (ICF). Established in 1996-97 in Sirhind, Punjab, Northern India, PSCA oversees carrom activities in the region. The association's headquarters are located in Mohali, Punjab. Up until November 2022, PSCA has successfully organized 5 State championships, 1 Senior National and 1 Northern Zone championship.
